Phone Call

I was on my way to an appointment and I was thinking about how bad the communication had been and what my next step would be with this clinic.  If they didn't respond and I kept going in circles who would I contact to get someone that will look at our file and move this forward?  As I was thinking about this the phone rang and it was the clinic.  It was the schedule coordinator.  She said she was reviewing our file and that we didn't have to do anything right now.  She was the one that had been responding to my emails.  She didn't understand why I was wondering about lab tests.  I told her that her email back in December had said to contact them when I had my period.  I did that and then the follow up email was the lab slips that were the tests I had done back in November.  I tried to keep a non irritated tone as much as possible.  Then she told me that I didn't have to do any additional tests and asked me why I thought we did (eyeroll).  Then she said that I just "NEEDED TO RELAX".  I felt my temper flare up and I calmly just told her that I was doing what I was told by following up and I was confused by the lab slips that she sent me so of course I would respond asking why we were required to do the tests.  I said I am relaxed.  I was only responding to your email that you sent...  I then said I'll just wait to hear from you about the transfer since you're now saying nothing else is needed right now.  Thank you, bu-bye

I feel like this IVF stuff is a twilight zone in which anything that can go wrong does.  I'm so ready to just get this over with.
